My client, a market leader in their sector, are looking for a self motivated results driven Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Field Sales Manager to join their expanding sales team in the UK. You will be responsible for growing and developing existing accounts and actively bringing new business on board.
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong long lasting customer relationships to grow and ensure future growth
Identifying existing customer needs and supplying solutions
Identifying new business opportunities and opening accounts
Participate & set up trade shows when required in the UK or abroad
Sell in new products & campaigns during the season
Collate information on new trends coming up in the marketplace
Keying in orders
Create monthly sales action report and reporting to management
Achieve agreed sales budget on territory
Requirements: (Key Competences)
Highly self motivated and results driven with a minimum 3 years proven sales experience
Ability to communicate, present and influence on all levels
Experience in understanding customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs
Knowledge of B2B selling
Understanding of MS Office & CRM systems
Ability to plan and action own working day between client visits
People person with good sense of humour
Willing to travel abroad when required
Clean driving license.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Business Central
Merchandising experience
Experience working from home
