The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within UC solutions.
- Act as a UC specialist, providing tailored recommendations and expert guidance to meet customers' communication needs.
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and growth through strategic account management.
- Lead customer engagement initiatives, including product showcases and exclusive VIP events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective campaign execution.
- Track and optimise account performance, using data-driven decision-making to meet and exceed sales targets.

What s Required:

- Proven experience in Account Management with a strong background in Unified Communications.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
- Experience in managing complex bids and negotiating successful deals.
- Highly organised, with excellent pipeline management and forecasting skills.
