You will be accountable for visiting your client s premises across England. As a Regional Account Manager you will build strong relationships with customers and be their contact for any feedback and growth opportunities
(Please note- this company is based in Norfolk and you will be required to spend the first week of your employment at their premises, and then attend once a month thereafter)
Your Role:
As the Regional Account Manager, you will be the face of the company across England, You will be responsible for expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. Your main tasks will include:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's mission
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to significantly increase market share
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and delivery, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- Boost Client Spend: Help clients maintain and grow their spend
- Product Expert: Use your knowledge to give clients the best advice and solutions
- Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, positioning the company as the preferred PPE provider.
Requirements
- Proven Success: A strong background in consultative sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
- Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good geographical understanding to plan travel across England
- Experience in working on CRM systems
