Internal Sales Representative

If you are an enthusiastic and personable individual who cares about providing high levels of customer service to existing clients and customers, then this could be the role for you. You do not need to have an electrical background; however, this would be advantageous.
Responsibilities of Internal Sales:- Liase with clients providing high levels of customer service.
- Answer incoming calls, deal with any queries or complaints.
- Manage website queries and emails and respond efficiently.
- Processing customer purchase orders in a timely manner.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Looking after client accounts, processing orders and creating purchase orders.
- You will be required to proactively call existing clients to develop on build on existing relationships, to make sure you are offering them a full service.
- Identifying and proactively acting on sales opportunities.
- General admin duties.
Requirements of Internal Sales:- At least 2 years' working in an Internal Sales or Sales Administrator position.
- Experience working in an electrical or similar industry would be advantageous (Training will be provided on product knowledge).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Enthusiastic and personable attributes.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mind-set.
