Now, you ll be stepping in to work alongside Tom, helping the company continue its impressive journey.

Here s what your day as Sales Account Manager will look like:
- You ll manage a portfolio of existing clients, taking ownership of those relationships.
- You re their main point of contact, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded.
- You will use your natural rapport-building skills to deepen those connections and identify new opportunities to support your clients.
What we re looking for from you as Sales Account Manager:
- Someone who builds and nurtures relationships like second nature.
- If you have knowledge of the metals industry this would certainly help, but not a deal breaker
- A clear communicator you know how to engage people and make them feel heard.
- Organisational skills that keep you on top of multiple client needs.
- Experience using CRM systems, or at least the willingness to learn.
Experience in the engineering sector is a bonus, but if you haven t got it, don t worry. We re more interested in your attitude after all, your new boss didn t have industry experience either, and he s thrived.
What s in it for you?

- Monday to Friday hours, 08:30 to 17:30.
