Title: International Sales Consultant - Manchester based

Overview: My client is a huge name within the Beauty & Skin space have seen rapid growth with their outstanding products being sold in over 20 countries across the globe! There are SO many big things happening with this brand & exciting opportunities such as attending events in Dubai, Paris the list goes on!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with distributors in various global regions including Asia,
Europe, North America, Middle East, and Latin America.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiations to closing deals and
ongoing support.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential distributors to drive sustained sales
growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand regional regulations for injectable skincare products.
- Analyze competitors, trends, and customer needs in various markets to adjust sales strategy accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed international sales targets by promoting the injectable skin range to potential distributors.
- Develop customized sales proposals and pricing strategies to meet the needs of each market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback on market trends to the
management team.
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and distributor meetings to represent the company and showcase products.
- Travel to key regions to meet with distributors, conduct training sessions, and support in-market growth efforts.
You are:
- Experience: A strong background in sales. Highly desirable if this is in the skincare, medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or beauty industry.
- Ideally having a Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly in developing new territories and closing high-value distribution deals.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with distributors and decision-makers across diverse cultures.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with injectable skincare products, aesthetic treatments, or medical devices is highly desirable.
