Duties
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilise software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sage for sales administration tasks
- Ensure efficient time management to meet deadlines
- Computerise data entry tasks for accuracy and efficiency
Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a sales administration role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities
Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm
24k- 28k dependant on experience
