Job description:
Travel UK wide and occasional international travel managing and working with key accounts
Work with internal stakeholders
Expand and maintain relationships with OEM and reseller customers
Foster relationships to create partnerships that lead to revenue and growth
Responsibilites:
Drive revenue and profit growth
Manage a handful of key strategic accounts
Internal liason with business development, procurement, design and marketing teams for best outcome
Prepare customer reports and maintain customer relationships
Prepare and present internal budgets and reports
Identify market trends and potential risks to influence clients
Job specification:
Business and commercial acumen with experience managing accounts within the science industry
At least 3 years of account management experience
Able to communicate internally with BD, procurement, technical support, order processing and production for best outcomes
