Job Title: Account Manager
Type: Permanent, full time
Pay: £55,000-£65,000 DOE
Location: Central London, 4-6 days a month
X4 Technology are offering the opportunity for an Account Manager to join one of their data management platform clients who specialise in the energy, commodities and financial markets industries. You will playa crucial part of the company by being focused on land and expand across their clients.
Key responsibilities of the Account Manager:
- Develop and maintain an understanding of client business, their customers and their market context
- Establish and develop strategic relationships in order to generate revenues, maximise profit and increase market share
- Support the retaining of existing customers by increasing direct contact and managing daily non-sales related matters to improve customer satisfaction levels
- Provide active client support related to their product usage and/or custom solution developed for specific clients and projects
Key requirements of the Account Manager:
- 2-5 years experience in an Account Management role within the software/technology industry
- Proven experience in strategically growing large, enterprise and complex accounts
- Knowledge and understanding of energy and/or financial markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
