My client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Brokerto join there dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by identifying customer needs, providing detailed information about our products/services, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing them to our products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs, and determining the right product solutions.
- Sales: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling company products/services over the phone.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Handling Objections: Address customer queries and overcome objections, aiming to close sales efficiently.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, previously engaged customers, and past sales to maximize conversion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a Broker postion, inside sales, or similar sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Sales Ability: Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to close deals.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing towards achieving sales goals.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly, address customer concerns, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
