Account Manager for PFI schools contract in Merseyside. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a major contract and ensure top-tier service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the full delivery of facilities services, ensuring compliance with company policies and SLAs.
- Act as the main point of contact for client escalations, addressing any on-site issues.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the client and local authorities.
- Manage the contract s financial performance, including profit and loss responsibility.
- Drive Health & Safety compliance and foster a positive safety culture.
- Produce performance reports and lead service improvements.
What We re Looking For: - Proven experience managing TFM services within a PFI framework.
- Experience working within a school setting is essential.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness with excellent budgeting skills.
- Strong client management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Solid background in Health & Safety and risk management.
