About the Role:
D4 Staffing Solutions is proud to represent a leading IT solutions provider in their search for an experienced and dynamic IT Solutions Account Manager. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in IT solutions and account management, who is eager to drive business growth and build long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and IT requirements.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new clients to expand the customer base.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored IT solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
- Account Growth: Achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling IT products and services.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant and innovative solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular account reviews and sales forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
