What You'll Do:
You will manage the sales order process using SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce while collaborating with the sales team, manufacturers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders using SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce
- Liaise with manufacturers to prioritise orders and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with customers for on-time product delivery and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates
- Support incoming sales enquiries and collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce
- 3+ years in sales and customer service, preferably with financial experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
