Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office working. When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month. To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).
Join the EVolution: You will be instrumental in shaping propositions, owning product marketing, and leading launch management initiatives. The ideal candidate will quickly develop a deep understanding of our customer needs and market trends and possess the ability to translate these insights into successful proposition development and execution, working closely in collaboration with key business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for: Proposition Management
- Utilising customer insights and identifying commercial opportunities to shape market-winning propositions in collaboration with product, sales, and operations teams.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers and sharing this knowledge with internal teams to ensure alignment in product development and processes.
- Triangulating market need, commercial opportunity, and company objectives to guide proposition development (including elements such as pricing strategy and product messages).
Product Marketing
- Owning proposition and product messaging across all routes to market, leveraging customer insight to created tailored and engaging messages for each segment and audience.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively position them in the market.
- Managing the review and timely distribution of product documents, ensuring high standards are met.
Launch Management
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to create and execute launch plans for new products, features, and iterations.
- Representing marketing as part of cross functional teams on product launches across the business, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Refining the launch management process and partnering with key teams (e.g., sales enablement, product) to ensure successful product launches.

- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
- A proven track record of successful product launches.
- Experience in proposition development and management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
