Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Contact potential customers and present our comprehensive service portfolio to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales growth with both existing and new customers.
- Account Management: Manage inbound demands from dedicated target accounts.
- Proactive Sales: Sell service contracts via phone and electronic media to a defined list of customer accounts.
- Quotation Building: Build quotations based on customer requirements and communicate pertinent information efficiently.
- Sales Support: Provide high-level sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
- Solution Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales software and electronic media.
- Experience using CRM/SAP systems desirable
