Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + OTE

The Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of our services.
Key Duties:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Solution Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional services that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- New Business: Identify opportunities to work with new clients by cold calling & prospecting.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide clients with regular updates, performance reports, and insights to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage contract renewals and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a proactive approach to managing client relationships.
